Senior Business Intelligence Developer.

Responsible for installation, administration, migration, object and project design, development, upgrades, and production support of several MicroStrategy 9.x applications for Student Life Cycle Analysis, including the design of Star/Snow-flake Schemas, data loading (ETL) using Perl, PL/SQL and Informatica. Performed user training and developed end user reports, documents and dashboards. Responsible for development and support of SAP BW 7.x data models for HCM and Grants Management, and for optimizing them for reporting using MicroStrategy and via SAP's BW BEx and SAP's portal.

Projects:

· Extended and enhanced the Development and Alumni Relations MicroStrategy BI application.

· Designed and developed the Information Technology Services Project Portfolio Management MicroStrategy BI application.

· Designed and developed the Academic DW MicroStrategy BI application, currently with the Admissions and Registration modules.

· Implemented the BU MicroStrategy Self Service system to serve the Medical Campus and the Parking Office self-service BI needs.

· Designed and developed Grants Management MicroStrategy dashboards for BU Investigators using SAP BW data and authorizations.

· Designed and developed the Student Payroll financial data integration and reporting in SAP BW by creating an automated process to import data from the external system to be blended with SAP ERP payroll data.
